Taxi prices in Helsinki – a fixed price for advance bookings
Every advance booking is priced by the trip, and you get a fixed price before you travel. No guessing, no surprises on arrival.
Distance and route
Kilometres and the route are the basis of the price. Stops and waiting time are agreed separately.
Time of day
Night, weekend and holiday rides affect the price. An advance booking is just as reliable at any hour.
Vehicle size
Sedan, people carrier or Sprinter VIP minibus. We choose the best fit for passengers and luggage.
Passengers and needs
Several pickup addresses, a child seat, meet and greet with a name sign or a full-day chauffeur.
Fixed price or taximeter?
For advance bookings we agree a fixed price when confirming the booking. It covers the whole trip from pickup address to destination regardless of traffic or surprises on the route. A fixed price is ideal for airport transfers, long journeys and charters.
We do not publish a general price list because every trip is different. Instead we give a binding price quickly – usually right away during the confirmation call.

Airport transfer prices
Helsinki-Vantaa airport transfers are priced as a fixed amount by pickup area: central Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo, the rest of Uusimaa or Turku. Give us the pickup address, number of passengers and flight number and you get the price before confirming the booking.
Contract prices and invoicing for businesses
For business customers we agree prices for recurring routes and transport types in advance. Rides are invoiced on a consolidated invoice, so individual prices need no approval and budgeting is easy.

Payment methods
You can pay in the car with the most common payment cards or, by agreement, by invoice. Business customers can have e-invoicing.

Frequently asked questions
Why are there no prices on the website?
Because every trip is different: route, time, vehicle size and number of passengers affect the price. You get a fixed, binding price quickly when you book.
Are intermediate stops included in the price?
Mention the stops when booking and they are included in the fixed price. Extra stops agreed during the trip are charged separately.
Is waiting at the airport charged?
We do not charge for a delayed flight, because we track the flight and time the pickup accordingly. Other waiting time is agreed when booking.
Do I get a receipt or an invoice?
Yes. When paying in the car you get a receipt, and contract customers receive a consolidated invoice. Receipts can also be sent by email.
