Taxikaari started in Helsinki in 2001. Since then we have driven our customers from their very first ride home from the maternity hospital to birthdays, weddings, the airport and countless other occasions.
Our promise is still the same: the right vehicle, in the right place, at the right time. That is why, more than 20 years on, we still have customers who always call the same number.
Our services: executive transport, charter buses, guided tours and express deliveries
We provide high-quality, reliable taxi services in Helsinki and Uusimaa with more than 20 years of experience. Advance bookings and airport transfers to Helsinki-Vantaa are our daily routine, as is executive transport in new Mercedes-Benz S-Class cars.
For groups we offer charter and bus transport in the Sprinter VIP minibus, guided tours in Helsinki and Uusimaa, and express deliveries when a consignment has to arrive the same day. For businesses we handle contract rides on invoice.

How do I make an advance booking?
Click the Book a ride button and fill in the trip details, or call +358 44 041 3555. We confirm the booking and the fixed price by phone or email.
What information is needed for a booking?
Date, time, pickup point, destination, number of passengers and a phone number. For airport transfers, the flight number too, so that we can track the flight.
Do I get the price in advance?
Yes. For advance bookings we agree a fixed price before the trip. For charters and group transport we send a written quote.
How can I pay?
In the car with the most common payment cards. Business customers can have invoicing and a consolidated invoice.
How large a group fits in?
Sedans take 1–4, V-Class people carriers 1–7 and the Sprinter VIP minibus up to 16 passengers. For larger groups we arrange several vehicles or a bus.
Can I cancel a booking?
Yes. Let us know about a cancellation as soon as possible by phone. Cancellation terms are agreed when the booking is confirmed.
Which languages do you serve in?
Finnish and English. Our website is also available in Swedish.
Which area do you cover?
Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo and all of Uusimaa, plus pre-booked trips between Helsinki and Turku. Longer journeys in Finland and abroad are agreed case by case.
